Refund & Returns Policy

At Premium Books, we are committed to delivering high-quality books and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The book must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including packaging, shrink wrap, and labels.

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Discounted, clearance, or sale items

  • Pre-Order items (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Digital products such as eBooks

  • Books damaged due to customer misuse or handling

  • Special edition, collectible, or limited-stock items opened by the customer


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for returning.

  3. Once approved, we will share the return shipping instructions.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged books

  • Wrong item received

  • Incorrect edition or mismatch caused by us

To request an exchange, follow the return steps above and specify “Exchange Request”.
Exchanges are subject to item availability.


6. Damaged or Defective Books

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours at info@premiumbooks.com

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not arrived within the stated timeframe:

  • Check your bank or card account

  • Contact your bank or payment provider (processing times vary)
